DISCLAIMER

Manticor Martial Arts Ltds., operating as One Martial Arts, (Herein after referred to as "One Martial Arts"), their officers, agents, directors, shareholders, employees, volunteers, members and representatives (hereby collectively referred to as "One Martial Arts") are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind sustained by any person while participating in martial arts or any other related activities offered (hereby referred as "One Martial Arts") by One Martial Arts, including, but not limited to any or all injury, loss, or damage which might be caused by the negligence or breach of contract of One Martial Arts.

ASSUMPTION OF RISKS

In consideration of my being allowed to participate in Martial Arts and the related activities, I acknowledge that I am aware of the many risks, dangers, and hazards associated with my participation in Martial Arts and all related activities, (including the possible RISK OF SEVERE OR FATAL INJURY to myself or others). These risks include but are not limited to the following:

1. a) Having One's joints manipulated resulting in injury;
2. b) Being struch in the head and body by knees, fists, elbows, or any other body part;
3. c) Being subjected to a variety of submission techniques;
4. d) Being thrown or tossed in a variety of manners;
5. e) Being choked or having one's airway obstructed
6. f) ANY OTHER INJURIES UP TO AND INCLUDING DEATH

In consideration of One Martial Arts allowing me to voluntarily participate in Martial Arts, I, for myself, my heris, executors, administrators, and assigns, release, absolve, indemnify, and agree to hold hamless One Martial Arts, their respective directors, shareholders, servants, agents, volunteers or employees from any claims, damages, actions or causes of actions arising out of or in consequence of any loss, injury, or damage to my person or property incurred while at or participating in One Martial Arts notwithstanding that any such loss, injury, or damage may have arisen by reason of any cause of action, including but not limited to any breach of contract or negligence One Martial Arts, their servants, agents, volunteers, or employees. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, I further release any recourses which I may now or hereafter have resulting from any decision of One Martial Arts.

INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

1. 1. TO ASSUME AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS arising out of, associated with, or related to my participation in Martial Arts and all realted activities, even though such risks may habe been caused by the negligence of One Martial Arts;
2. 2. TO BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE which I might cause or sustain while participating in Martial Arts and all related activities, even though such injury, loss or damage may have been caused by the negligence of One Martial Arts
3. 3. TO HOLD HARMLESS, RELEASE, AND INDEMNIFY ONE MARTIAL ARTS:
   a) from any and all liability for any damage to the personal property of, or personal injury to , any third party resulting from my participation in Martial Arts and all related activities; and
   b) from any and all claims, demands, actions and costs which might arise out of my participating in Martial Arts and all related activities, even though such claims, demands, actions and costs may have been caused by the negligence of One Martial Arts.
4. 4. This agreement shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, next-of-kin, executors, administrators, assigns and representatives, in the event of my death or incapacity.
5. 5. I am familiar with the proper use of any equipment related to Martial Arts. I am aware that there are instructors and staff available to answer any queations I may have as to the proper use of the equipment.
   
   In entering into this Agreement I AM NOT RELYING ON ANY ORAL, VISUAL, OR WRITTEN REPRESENTATIONS or statements made by One Martial Arts with respect to the safety or Martial Arts other than what is set forth in this Agreement.
6. 6. I AM AWARE THAT ONE MARTIAL ARTS DOES NOT PROVIDE ME WITH ANY DISABILITY, ACCIDENT, LIABILITY OR MEDICAL INSURANCE OR COMPENSATION, should I become injured or cause personal injury or property damage to any third party while participating in fitness programs.
7. 7. This statement and any right, duties and obligations as between the parties to this Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted solely in accordance with the laws of the province of Alberta, and I agree to attorn solely to the jurisdiction off the Courts in the Province of Alberta. Any litigation involving the parties to the Agreement shall be brought solely within the Province of Alberta and shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of the Province of Alberta.
